Terms of Sale & Image License
1. Intellectual Property & Digital License
Personal Use Only: Any digital download purchased through this Pixieset Gallery is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., social media sharing, personal archiving, and personal printing).
Commercial Restrictions: You may not use these images for advertisements, resale, product packaging, or business marketing without an explicit commercial services agreement.
No Alterations: You may not crop, edit, apply filters, or alter the digital files in any way that misrepresents the original artwork.
2. Digital Download Refund Policy
All Sales Final: Due to the immediate, electronic delivery of digital products via Pixieset's automated secure links, all digital download purchases are final and 100% non-refundable.
Link Expiration: Purchased download links expire automatically after 7 days. If your link expires before you can save the files, please contact the photographer directly to generate a fresh link.
3. Physical Print Sales & Fulfillment
Color Accuracy: Variations in screen brightness and display settings mean that the physical print color may differ slightly from what you view on your desktop or mobile screen.
Shipping & Damage: Prints are fulfilled and shipped securely. If your physical product arrives damaged, you must notify the photographer within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damage to qualify for a lab replacement.
Address Errors: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Packages lost due to incorrect buyer-submitted details will not be replaced or refunded.
4. Payment Processing
Secure Transactions: All payments are processed securely through Pixieset Payments (or Stripe/PayPal). In the event that a refund is manually approved by the photographer for a physical print issue, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
